look forward to hosting our military reunions, as well as
groups from other cities who have come to see their namesake
collections and native sons and daughters. We have something of
interest to everyone from all services and all parts of the
country.
Our collections
feature so much naval and military history, models and
artifacts that almost every visitor is heard to say, "I
can't believe you have this here!"
Our military
reunions spend hours reminiscing over the models of the
boats they and their buddies served on. History flows
thick through the building as memories fill the
4,000-square-foot museum.
A visit to our
museum is not just another tour, but an emotional
reconnection with our veterans and those who have paid the
ultimate price. Each visit is tinged with solemn
reference.
Many of our
visitors end up contributing or loaning their memorabilia to
our collection. You
can be a part of our spectactular exhibits too!
