is much to see and do in Vicksburg. The Civil War enthusiast
will find America's best preserved battlefield with hundreds
of monuments on 1800 of the most beautiful acres in the
South. There you can see the USS Cairo, the only salvaged
Union Ironclad Gunboat of its kind. The Old South really
comes alive when touring the many antebellum mansions, the
Old Court House Museum and the nearby thousand year old
Natchez Trace.
You
will find museums, galleries, art, shopping, antiques,
restaurants, only minutes from our front door. For those who
want the river gambler's adventure, there are four floating
casinos. You can play golf year round at two golf courses.
